Refund policy

  • No returns for sizing/preference — since items are made to order, most POD stores don't accept returns for wrong size choices. Be upfront about this and link to a size guide.
  • Replacements for defects or errors — Printful will cover misprints, damaged items, or fulfillment errors, so you can confidently offer free replacements in those cases.
  • Clear timeframe — 30 days from delivery is standard for reporting issues.
