1. Overview By purchasing from BLACKSHEEP, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

2. Products All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other available methods at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Processing Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days. Once in production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping times vary by destination. BLACKSHEEP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement.

7. Intellectual Property All designs on BLACKSHEEP products are our original work and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability BLACKSHEEP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
